We're thrilled to have you here. 

Refract is an app that provides full-cycle support to discover emotional blocks, transform them, and integrate the learnings.

We’re a team of 2 based in Barcelona & Nottingham, and have co-created the IFS functionality with an [experienced IFS practitioner](https://untanglingself.com/).
