🎤Zoom companion

In October 2024 we launched our Zoom companion app.

Below is the setup process and basic usage for both practitioners (therapists and coaches) and clients.

For Practitioners (Therapists and Coaches)

Setup

  1. Sign up for Refract

    • Use the signup link our team sent to you.

    • If you haven't received a link, please request one from brent@refract.space.

    • Use the Google account or email that you use for your client email invites.

  2. Connect your Zoom account

    • Visit app.refract.space/zoom

    • Click "Connect to Zoom"

Usage

  1. Invite Refract to your sessions

    • Add sessions@refract.space to your calendar events with clients.

    • We support both Zoom and Google Meets meetings.

  2. After the session

    • Both you and your clients will receive an email with the session notes.

For Clients

Setup

  1. Sign up for Refract

    • Use the signup link provided by your coach or therapist.

  2. Attend your weekly session

    • No additional setup is required for the session itself.

  3. Access your session notes

    • After the session, check your email for a message from Refract.

    • Click the link in the email to open your session notes.

  4. Save important points

    • Add the parts you'd like to check in with from the session report to your account.

Daily Usage

  1. Start a Check-in

    • Visit the app homepage.

    • Click on "Start a Check-in".

  2. Select a focus point

    • Click "Look up a part".

    • Select the part you want to check in with from your saved list.

  3. Complete your check-in

    • Follow the prompts to reflect on and engage with your selected focus point.
